If you have a charcoal chimney, things becomes easy, otherwise its little tricky to fire-up the charcoal. Don’t worry, this video will help you to get started. First you marinate the chicken and keep it in freezer for 30 to 60 minutes. Now dip a piece of newspaper in cooking oil and place it in the bottom of the grill, below the bottom grate. Lay an even layer of charcoal on the grate and light the newspaper. Let the charcoal fire-up, then place the grill grate and apply a thin layer of oil. When the grill heats up, you can place the marinated chicken on the grill. Close the lid for faster cooking. You can adjust the temperature by moving the temperature control on both sides of the grill. After 10 minutes, turn the chicken and apply oil with a brush.
